Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the US to lead end-to-end ICSS projects, overseeing engineering, procurement, testing, commissioning, and handover. You will define scope, schedule, and budgets while coordinating with cross-functional teams across locations.

The role requires 15 years in ICSS/DCS or process control and 10 years in Project Management, with ISO 9001 awareness and US work authorization. PMP is preferred for leadership and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15 years' experience in ICSS/DCS or process control systems.
• 10 years' experience in Project Management and Execution, to include: EPC engagement, contract management, and resource management.
• ISO 9001 Quality Management System Awareness
• Experience in Project and System Design Engineering Packages and related Software
• Experience working with international teams and culture.
• Current US work authorization without the need for employer sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICSS projects across the full lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, integration, testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, and service handover.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, cost forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while optimizing profitability and cash flow.
• Monitor project performance against plan, implement corrective actions, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including coordination with remote and international teams.
