Job summary

PrimeVigilance is seeking an experienced ICSR Manager to lead the ICSR Management Unit, ensuring optimal productivity and utilization across project teams. The role involves directing ICSR Leads, reallocating resources, and collaborating with the resourcing unit to meet project demands.

The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years in pharmacovigilance, with 2-3 years in line management, and strong communication, organization, and leadership skills in English.

Qualifications

• Life science graduate or healthcare qualification with pharmacovigilance experience.
• 6-7 years in pharmacovigilance, including 2-3 years in line manager role.
• Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong management and delegation abilities.
• Technical skills and team working.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned ICSR Management Unit to optimize productivity and utilization.
• Ensure adequate resources within ICSR project teams and reallocate as needed.
• Set productivity targets and review target updates with the team.
• Coordinate resource allocation with the resourcing unit for efficiency.
• Lead ICSR Leads/Line Managers to ensure staffing and productivity targets.
• Prepare analyses and reports; monitor budgets and allocations for projects.
