Responsibilities

• Platform Ownership & Strategy: Act as the subject matter expert and primary owner of the iCertis CLM platform, governing its architecture, health, and roadmap.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of iCertis modules, including complex workflow engines, business rules, document templates, and smart contract configurations.
• System Optimization & Support: Ensure platform stability and performance. Proactively identify and implement optimizations to improve user experience, process efficiency, and data integrity.
• Integration Leadership: Architect, oversee, and troubleshoot integrations between iCertis and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS).
• Business Collaboration: Partner with legal, sales, procurement, and finance teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and actionable reporting.
• Data Model Management: Maintain and evolve the platform's data model to support reporting analytics and business intelligence needs.
• Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce configuration, development, and security best practices for the iCertis environment.
