Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex IT projects in a federal government environment. The role emphasizes Agile delivery, IT operations, ICAM, and security/compliance with federal standards.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client requirements. Work Location: Remote, with core hours 8am–5pm EST; you will coordinate with federal stakeholders, manage risks, track progress, and report metrics to ensure

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• 7+ years as a Project Manager in IT domain; 10 years overall experience.
• PMP and ITIL certifications; experience with large federal IT projects.
• Experience supervising IT operations including deployment, support and training.
• Strong ICAM and AWS GovCloud knowledge; Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of large-scale IT solutions from planning to deployment.
• Establish priorities, allocate resources, and develop detailed project plans.
• Utilize Agile methods to drive planning, execution, and delivery.
• Break down complex work into sequenced tasks to improve turnaround.
• Coordinate activities across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Maintain communications with federal stakeholders and senior officials.
• Ensure contract compliance and federal security standards.
• Manage risks, track progress, and report metrics for quality outcomes.
