Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a senior ICAM engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Identity Governance and Administration and Identity Data Management capabilities across enterprise and edge environments. You will optimize identity lifecycle, entitlement governance, role management, and data integration for distributed operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM/IGA/ICAM experience in government or regulated environments.
• Active or ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or higher).
• Experience designing or supporting Identity Governance and data management in distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise IGA and Identity Data Management capabilities.
• Support SailPoint IdentityIQ and Radiant Logic platforms for identity lifecycle and governance.
• Develop Radiant Logic components, workflows, and provisioning policies.
• Engineer identity services for mission partners, edge environments, and intermittent connectivity.
• Integrate authoritative data sources, directories, and downstream applications.
• Implement JML, access requests, certifications, and entitlement management.
• Manage identity correlation, reconciliation, aggregation, and data quality processes.
• Support SoD and enterprise role management and governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard applications and identity sources.
• Support Zero Trust and identity-centric security initiatives.
