Job summary

Amentum is seeking a seasoned analyst to evaluate finished intelligence products for ICD 203 compliance and to develop metrics that improve rigor and consistency across assessments. The role involves presenting findings to Government clients and implementing self-assessment measures to reduce subjective variance in data.

Ideal candidates possess a TS/SCI clearance, the ability to obtain a polygraph, and a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).
• Must be able to obtain a polygraph.
• Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates a sampling of finished intelligence products, including cyber intelligence products for ICD 203 standards.
• Develops metrics, presents findings, and offers recommendations to the Government; implements self-assessment measures.
• Identifies strengths, weaknesses, trends, and gaps in analytic tradecraft of evaluated intelligence products.
• Assists Government to improve rigor of evaluation methods and product integrity.
• Apply understanding of ICD 203 gained through senior analyst roles or ODNI experience.
• Evaluate finished intelligence products for ICD 203 analytic tradecraft compliance.
• Develop metrics, present findings, and offer improvement recommendations.
• Shall develop assessment measures to minimize subjective variation in data.
• Identify notable features of analytic tradecraft in evaluated intelligence production.
• Support development and delivery of tradecraft training and policy guidance.
