Job summary

Amentum seeks Analytic Tradecraft Specialists to support an Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) contract in Suitland, MD. You will evaluate intelligence products for ICD 203 analytic tradecraft compliance and develop metrics to improve assessment rigor.

Required: TS/SCI with SCI eligibility, ability to obtain a polygraph, a Bachelor's degree, and 8 years of experience. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $140,000 annually, plus health, retirement, and education benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).
• Must be able to obtain a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years

Responsibilities

• Evaluates a sampling of finished intelligence products, including cyber intelligence products for ICD analytic tradecraft standards and ICD 203 compliance.
• Develops metrics, presents findings, and offers recommendations to the Government for improvement.
• Identifies significant strengths, weaknesses, trends, gaps in analytic tradecraft of evaluated intelligence production.
• Assists the Government to improve the rigor of its evaluation methods and enhance the integrity of the product evaluation process.
• Apply in-depth understanding of ICD 203 through senior-analyst experience or ODNI product evaluator role.
• Evaluate a sampling of finished intelligence products for ICD 203 compliance.
• Develop metrics, present findings, and offer recommendations for improvement.
• Develop assessment measures to minimize subjective variations in evaluation data.
• Identify significant strengths, weaknesses, trends, gaps in analytic tradecraft in evaluated production.
• Support development and delivery of tradecraft training and assist in policy/analytic guidance
