Nightwing is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large, complex classified program for a U.S. Intelligence Community customer in records management and digitization.

The role requires securing government interfaces, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering mission-focused outcomes in a highly secure environment. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of program management, active TS/SCI with Poly, and strong leadership in classified settings, with experience in Agile/Hybrid

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, Intelligence Studies, or related field.
• 10+ years of program management experience supporting U.S. Government customers.
• 5+ years managing programs within the Intelligence Community.
• Experience managing programs valued at $20M+ annually and/or teams of 50+ personnel.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
• Experience in classified environments.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and contract management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end program strategy, execution, risk management, and performance across all mission areas.
• Serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders, aligning priorities and responding to evolving needs.
• Manage and develop a large cross-functional workforce for readiness and performance.
• Oversee financial management, budgets, and cost-containment strategies.
• Guide records modernization, digitization, and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Drive innovation and demonstrate value in service offerings.
• Deliver executive-level briefings and reports.
• Mentor and develop program leaders.
