Job summary

Markon is building a talent pool of Program Managers to support Intelligence Community missions and complex, multi-site contracts. Selected candidates will lead distributed teams, manage staffing, quality, schedules, and P&L, and report to COs/CORs with PMRs to ensure contract success.

This pipeline targets experienced leaders capable of driving performance across locations, coordinating with stakeholders, and aligning with mission objectives for future openings.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree
• 10+ years of Intelligence Community support services experience
• 5+ years of program or project management experience with P&L responsibility
• Experience managing multi-site, geographically distributed contracts and teams
• Demonstrated experience overseeing staffing, quality, schedules, deliverables, and overall contract performance
• Strong leadership, customer engagement, organizational, financial management, and communication skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (desired)
• Experience serving as the primary program interface with Government COs and CORs (desired)
• Experience managing multiple Call Orders or task orders within a complex contract environment (desired)
• Experience leading formal Program Management Reviews (PMRs) (desired)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability to Government COs and CORs for overall program execution
• Lead and coordinate geographically distributed teams and multiple Call Orders to ensure integrated program performance
• Oversee staffing, quality control, schedules, deliverables, and overall contract performance
• Manage program financial performance, including P&L responsibility
• Exercise appropriate authority to commit resources and resolve program-level issues
• Lead Monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with clear reporting on performance, schedule, staffing, risks, financials, and deliverables
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to identify risks and align with contractual objectives
