Qualifications

• Superior knowledge of IC budget policies, authorizations, and appropriations processes.
• Expert experience in IC financial and business planning processes and ability to formulate, defend, and implement IC programs and budgets.
• Superior knowledge of analytic, diagnostic, and qualitative techniques to resolve complex financial matters.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the IC mission, objectives, policies and current events across the IC.
• Exemplary problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Federal regulations regarding business practices and budget execution.
• Experience coordinating complex issues across multiple agencies.
• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills to build consensus with major stakeholders.
• Superior oral and written communication skills to convey complex information to management.
