Job summary

Intelligence Careers seeks a senior executive for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the development, negotiation, and presentation of the National Intelligence Program budget to the President and Congress. This role requires mastery of ECQs and ICSOCQ and the ability to coordinate with multiple agencies.

You will drive efficiency, manage resources, and influence budget policy while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and performance in a national security

Qualifications

• Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) and ICSOCQ mastery demonstrated in resume.
• Evidence of system-level budget policy knowledge and IC program/ budget formulation.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and qualitative capabilities to resolve complex financial matters.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IC mission, policies, and current events.
• Exemplary problem-solving and ability to implement corrective processes.
• Experience coordinating across multiple agencies and managing sensitive issues.
