Kforce Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) in Draper, UT.

You will lead strategy, roadmap, and execution across planning domains, partnering with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to deliver data-driven solutions that improve forecasting and inventory optimization. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritize features by business value, and align technology with enterprise needs.

• 5+ years in Product Owner/PM roles with IBP focus.
• Experience supporting Integrated Business Planning environments.
• Strong backlog prioritization and release management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into roadmaps and user stories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for IBP capabilities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Sales.
