Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Integrated Business Planner to lead end-to-end IBP for a fabless semiconductor supplier in Silicon Valley. You will align demand, supply, product roadmaps, and financial targets across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.

The role requires 8–12+ years in supply chain planning, strong analytical skills, executive presence, and hands-on experience with long-lead semiconductor planning, OSAT/foundry coordination, and NPI integration.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain planning, IBP/S&OP, in semiconductor.
• Direct experience in a fabless semiconductor business model.
• Strong analytical skills with ambiguity management.
• Experience coordinating with foundries and OSAT networks.
• Proven ability to lead executive-level IBP processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the monthly IBP/S&OP process across functions.
• Translate financial targets into executable demand/supply plans.
• Lead executive IBP reviews with scenario analysis and risk mitigation.
