Job summary

onsemi is seeking an experienced Supply Planning Principal to lead end-to-end supply chain activities for the ISG Group. The role interfaces with BU, Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance, driving strategic builds, capacity planning, and inventory targets in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in complex supply chain planning, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with planning tools such as JDA/BY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in SCM or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in complex supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in inventory control and management.
• Proficiency with planning software; JDA/BY planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as BU supply interface and coordinate with demand planning to keep plans aligned.
• Balance service level, forecast accuracy, and inventory (Iron Triangle).
• Oversee wafer starts and finalize start decisions.
• Set targets for inventory and build category; manage allocation process.
• Coordinate product transfers and manage EOL devices.
• Drive strategic builds and factory filler; manage lead times.
• Provide BOQ supply input and coordinate supply reviews at PAL2 and Division levels.
• Collaborate with procurement and external manufacturing on capacity negotiations.
