Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Senior Developer responsible for owning assignments through all stages of the development lifecycle, documenting requirements, and acting as a technical expert across front-end, back-end, and integration platforms including .NET, Java, and IBM Sterling Integrator.

You will lead integrations with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, mentor teams, review code, and drive SDLC activities while coordinating with IT, QA, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, eBusiness, information technology or related field.
• 3–5 years in a development role in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with coding in .NET (C#), Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile delivery, and build tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications across platforms (.NET, Java, IBM Sterling).
• Design, develop, and support IBM Sterling B2B Integrator integrations.
• Lead code reviews and mentor front-end developers.
• Drive SDLC activities from analysis to release.
• Provide technical documentation and release procedures.
• Monitor web properties for uptime and troubleshoot production issues.
