Work independently with globally distributed teams, providing day‑to‑day technical leadership, mentoring junior team members, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Act as the primary technical escalation point for the development team, helping unblock issues, troubleshoot complex defects, and maintain delivery momentum.

- Manage all aspects of implementation planning & coordination.
- Provide and implement technical solutions to a wide range of problems.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of hands‑on experience on IBM Sterling Integrator version 5.2.6 or above.
- Knowledge and experience in developing, maintaining, supporting, and monitoring of EDI IBM Sterling integrator.
- Good knowledge and hands‑on experience in business process development.
- Extensive exposure to map development (X12, EDIFACT, XML, cXML, CSV, Flat files, JSON).
- Good understanding of communication protocols like FTP, SFTP, AS2, VAN.
- Experience with various file formats such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, cXML, CSV, JSON, Flat files.
- Proficiency in DB2+SQL, XML, XSLT, Web services, APIs, FTP/SFTP.
- Strong understanding of core architectural concepts for EDI implementations, including:
- Encryption and security fundamentals
- Authentication and authorization
- Logging and monitoring
- Throttling and traffic management
- Scalability, clustering, and availability concepts
- Willingness to learn new technologies and collaborate with team.
- Self‑starter and independent learner.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
