Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on development on IBM i, AS/400, iSeries, or Power Systems.
• Strong RPG IV, ILE RPG, Free-Form RPG, RPGLE/SQLRPGLE, CL/CLLE, and legacy fixed-format RPG code.
• Strong SQL skills, including Db2 for i, embedded SQL, and performance tuning.
• Experience designing, modifying, troubleshooting, and supporting IBM i processes.
• Experience integrating systems using APIs, web services, JSON/XML/EDI, or related methods.
• Ability to analyze requirements, document specifications, estimate work, and communicate status.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain IBM i applications and interfaces.
• Lead and manage application development projects from initiation through implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and technology enablement.
• Ensure governance, security, and SDLC compliance; support audit activities.
• Provide troubleshooting, training, and ongoing system optimization.
