Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain Cognos Analytics environments.
• Administer Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Configure authentication with LDAP, Active Directory, or SSO.
• Monitor performance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Support HA, DR, and disaster recovery implementations.
• Collaborate with infra, DB, network teams and maintain runbooks.
• Provide Level-2/3 support and ensure regulatory compliance.
