Augment Risk Limited is seeking an Associate Partner - IBA & Credit Control to lead day-to-day management of Insurance Broking Accounts in a remote US setting. Qualifications

• 8+ years' hands-on experience in Insurance Broking Accounts (IBA).
• Extensive experience in the reinsurance broking market.
• Strong understanding of premium accounting, cash allocation and reconciliations.
• Proven experience in credit control and debt management.
• Understanding of broking accounting processes and controls.
• Ability to work between Finance and Operations teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of Insurance Broking Accounts (IBA).
• Act as liaison between Finance, broking and Client Solutions for transactions.
• Monitor and manage collections and timely receipts from clients and brokers.
• Ensure prompt settlement of balances.
• Allocate incoming cash across accounts and transactions.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead credit control activities and improve cash collection performance.
• Collaborate with brokers, finance teams and external counterparties to resolve queries.
• Monitor cash flow across broking accounts and identify risks or delays.
• Ensure FCA CASS compliance and internal controls.
• Produce management information and reports on aged debt and reconciliations.
• Support process improvements and drive efficiencies.
