Qualifications

• Outstanding academic qualifications; strong GPA.
• Prior investment banking experience; bulge-bracket or boutique program training a plus.
• Passion for the business opportunities in energy transition and sustainable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and deal teams on transactions including mergers & acquisitions.
• Produce and present ideas at client meetings as a member of a deal team.
• Support transactions and client presentations through financial and business risk analysis.
• Actively participate in covering clients and generating value-additive ideas.
• Manage Associates & Analysts to execute deliverables and support training.
