Job summary

Cintel Inc. is seeking an Sr FMS IAMD Analyst to support Redstone Arsenal and related international defense cooperation efforts.

This role requires extensive IAMD knowledge, DoD program experience, and the ability to brief senior leaders on complex capabilities. The candidate will coordinate across engineering, acquisition, testing, logistics, and finance to enable program decisions, respond to RFIs/LOAs, and support security clearances.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DoD/Army defense program experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, management, or related field.
• Active SECRET clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IAMD subject-matter expertise to program decisions and engagements.
• Support international partner requirements and Foreign Military Sales processes.
• Prepare executive-level briefings and communications for senior officials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across engineering, acquisition, testing, logistics, contracting, and finance.
• Monitor program status, milestones, risks, and dependencies; propose follow-up actions.
• Travel as needed and work onsite to meet client requirements.
