Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Sr. Capability Analyst to provide onsite support in Arlington, VA.

You will interpret, assess, and coordinate DoD capabilities requirements for Nimble Fire and JRICM, integrating expertise across space, EW, and cyber domains to inform senior decision-making. The role requires an active TS clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility, 10+ years in IAMD or related fields, and the ability to work fully onsite with government customers.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in IAMD or closely related mission areas.
• Active TS clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility.
• Experience supporting JIAMDO or IAMD-related joint organizations.
• 5+ years supporting the Joint Staff, OSW, Service HQ, or Combatant Command HQ.

Responsibilities

• The Sr. Capability Analyst supports the Capabilities Assessment Branch and JIAMDO by interpreting, assessing, and coordinating requirements for Nimble Fire and JRICM capability efforts; coordinates with Joint Staff, OSW, and CCMD stakeholders to align operational needs with technical solutions.
