Job summary

Biogen seeks an experienced Solution Architect/Delivery Lead to design and implement enterprise IAM using SailPoint, aligning with governance and compliance requirements.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence 3 days per week in Cambridge, MA or RTP, NC. You will lead architecture, integrations with AD/LDAP/HR systems, and audits, guiding IAM engineers and collaborating with security and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years SailPoint experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise IAM governance and administration solutions using SailPoint ISC and ServiceNow frontend.
• Lead SailPoint implementation projects from design through deployment and oversee integrations with AD, LDAP, HR, ERP, and cloud apps.
• Define IAM architecture, standards, and governance processes; drive provisioning, lifecycle, and SoD controls.
• Provide technical leadership to IAM engineers and lead workshops with key stakeholders.
