Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience with enterprise Identity and Access Management.
• Senior/principal IAM engineering or solution architecture experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deep knowledge of authentication/authorization, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Assess current IAM architectures, integrations, configurations, dependencies, and future‑state access patterns.
• Identify gaps, security risks, and technical constraints; design current-state, transitional, and target‑state IAM solutions.
• Analyze AD and Entra ID environments; design security groups, entitlement mappings, and hybrid identity flows.
• Partner with application owners and cybersecurity teams to translate access requirements into IAM solutions.
• Design solutions for SSO, federation, Conditional Access, and privileged access; plan migration and cutover procedures.
