Job summary

A technology consulting firm is seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to design and develop components of Identity and Access Management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in application architecture and full-stack development, specifically with Kotlin, Java, and Golang. This hybrid role allows 2 days of remote work each week and offers a range of benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Application Architecture Design.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Golang (preferred).
• Strong Full Stack Development capabilities.
• Excellent Problem Solving and Critical Thinking skills.
• Development experience with Kotlin, Java, Golang, or Python.
• Ability to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance components of identity and access management systems.
• Contribute to overall application architecture and system design.
• Apply modern software engineering patterns to create scalable systems.
• Collaborate to propose and implement system architectures aligned with business goals.
• Identify and solve complex technical challenges.
