Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrable work experience in security, preferably in healthcare research.
• Experience administering and configuring IGA platforms such as Saviynt EIC and SailPoint.
• Experience with Auth0 for CIAM, authentication flows, MFA, and API security.
• Knowledge of identity governance, RBAC, SoD, and automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, and JWT.
• Experience supporting compliance and audit requirements related to IAM.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day IAM delivery activities within the IAM team and across security and IT groups.
• Track progress against security stories, tasks, and incidents related to identity management.
• Lead implementation of security controls and risk assessments.
• Assist with audit and regulatory compliance activities related to IAM.
