Job summary

RL Canning, Inc. is seeking an experienced IAM SailPoint Engineer to design, develop, and support Identity Governance & Administration platforms including SailPoint ISC.

You will build complex integrations, automate workflows, and maintain secure identity architecture across the enterprise, collaborating with IAM leadership, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams. The role emphasizes integration, provisioning, and governance for Azure/AD, Entra ID, LDAP, and cloud identities, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on IAM/IGA engineering experience.
• Strong experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ.
• Experience writing SailPoint Rules (BeanShell/Java) and building custom workflows.
• Experience with SCIM, REST APIs, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and RBAC/ABAC/SoD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint rules and custom workflows.
• Build and optimize provisioning workflows and identity orchestration.
• Engineer and maintain connectors and integration logic.
• Develop transforms, policies, and identity processing logic.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, and connector failures.
• Create API-based automation for identity data exchange.
• Maintain version-controlled code and secure development practices.
• Engineer cloud identity governance for Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Support identity federation, SSO, MFA, and authentication architecture.
