Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a Sr Identity & Access Management (IAM) Quality Engineer to lead automated and manual testing across enterprise IAM platforms. You will design test strategies and ensure secure development practices.

The role requires 5+ years of QA in IAM, hands-on with SailPoint/Okta or PAM, REST API testing, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver reliable identity solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Quality Engineering with automated testing.
• Hands-on IAM technologies (SailPoint/Okta/PAM/Secrets).
• Tests REST APIs, backend services, and system integrations with OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, SCIM.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based testing.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC and encryption, access controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute automated and manual test strategies for IAM apps.
• Validate integrations with SailPoint, Okta, PAM, and Secrets Management.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for CI/CD.
• Conduct API, functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Test authentication, authorization, provisioning, and privileged access workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams to resolve defects.
• Support modernization, migrations, and decommissioning.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and release readiness.
• Ensure secure development standards and quality practices.
