Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, Product Manager for Identity & Access Management (IAM) to help define and deliver IAM capabilities across the firm. You will work at the intersection of product, technology, cybersecurity, operations, risk, and business teams to translate needs into clear product priorities and drive adoption of IAM solutions.

The role focuses on aligning roadmap delivery with security, resiliency, and user experience goals, while collaborating across teams to balance business

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Data-informed decision making and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Support IAM product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
• Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to define requirements.
• Own feature backlog, priorities, and acceptance criteria for IAM capabilities.
• Create and refine epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as primary product partner for Scrum teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
