Job summary

Toyota Financial Services is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Information Security team in Plano, TX. The role focuses on Okta Workforce Identity, SSO, MFA, and CIAM platforms with supplemental PAM exposure.

The candidate will administer Okta, support CIAM initiatives, implement federated identity protocols, and collaborate across governance, incident response, and engineering teams to ensure secure access controls in a compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IAM experience with a focus on Okta Workforce Identity.
• Hands-on Okta administration including SSO, MFA, lifecycle workflows and API integrations.
• Experience with CIAM platforms like ForgeRock, Okta Customer Identity, or Auth0.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Okta Workforce Identity to ensure secure authentication and identity lifecycle management.
• Monitor and optimize Okta integrations, including federated identity setups and API automation.
• Implement federated identity models using SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, and WebAuthN for internal and external systems.
• Support CIAM solutions for secure customer authentication and authorization.
• Collaborate with Governance, Incident Response, and Engineering for secure access controls.
• Maintain IAM solutions aligned with SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS and audit requirements.
• Lead IAM-related security incident response efforts.
• Stay current with IAM/CIAM trends and best practices.
