Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Tech Ops Lead for IAM with 15+ years in engineering operations and hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, monitoring tools, incident and change management.

Lead day-to-day operations for CSO suite, own uptime, SLAs and KPIs, drive automation and AI initiatives, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and collaborate with Security, Engineering and Architecture teams while ensuring SOX/PCI/ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Engineering Operations and IT service delivery.
• Hands-on Java/J2EE and application maintenance experience.
• Experience with monitoring, incident and change management.
• IAM/ILM domain knowledge is a plus; SOX, PCI, ISO audits exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own uptime, SLAs, and KPIs for CSO apps.
• Lead incident management and executive communications.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and staffing.
