Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Security Specialist to define, scale, and sustain the enterprise WIAM governance function. The role requires guiding IAM governance with policy alignment, risk management, and control design across engineering, operations, and business partners to ensure secure-by-design solutions and audit readiness.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive governance adoption, develop KPIs, and mentor staff while ensuring regulatory alignment and scalable processes across IAM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in IAM governance, risk, controls and audit.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGRC.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the WIAM governance framework with policy alignment and standards.
• Lead centralized governance across IAM domains and processes.
• Drive risk → controls → policy to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and promote governance best practices.
• Establish governance KPIs, scorecards, and maturity metrics.
