Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - IAM in Chicago with deep expertise in Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud. You will own architecture, governance, and automation for identity lifecycle and access controls in a regulated fintech environment.

You will collaborate with audit, risk, and security teams to ensure compliance, while mentoring engineers and driving scalable IAM solutions across platforms such as AD, Entra ID, Okta, ServiceNow, and Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 5+ years in identity and access management, including production experience.
• 3+ years with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud or equivalent.
• Strong RBAC/ABAC design, entitlement management, and least privilege enforcement.
• Scripting and integration experience with Python, PowerShell, SQL, REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Saviynt EIC platform architecture, configuration, and operations.
• Automates identity lifecycle and access governance workflows.
• Collaborates with audit, risk, and compliance to support regulatory testing.
• Designs repeatable patterns and reference designs for scalable IAM solutions.
• Mentors teammates and contributes to platform strategy and modernization.
