Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior IAM Security Engineer to own, operate, and advance our Saviynt-based IGA platform. You will lead provisioning, lifecycle management, and governance across Oracle, AD, Entra ID, and connected apps.

You will drive integration efforts and platform improvements, mentoring engineers while balancing security with reliability and timely delivery. This role offers hybrid work options and broad impact across enterprise identity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Identity and Access Management, Information Security, Platform Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years delivering Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities.
• Experience administering identity platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, EmpowerID, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis in complex production environments.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management and governance processes.
• Experience developing or supporting integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, or JDBC.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and enterprise authentication concepts.
• Experience with change control and production support processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation, support, and reliability of the Saviynt platform.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, deprovisioning, reconciliation, and lifecycle failures across Oracle, Active Directory, Entra ID, and integrated apps.
• Serve as primary escalation point for IAM incidents and complex access issues.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, support docs, and knowledge articles.
• Design, build, and support Saviynt connectors, workflows, rules, policies, and certifications.
• Lead testing, deployment, and upgrade activities for IAM enhancements.
• Collaborate with application teams to onboard new apps and automate identity processes.
• Improve platform observability, monitoring, and reporting.
