Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Senior IAM Security Engineer to own and operate a Saviynt-based IGA platform. You will integrate with Oracle, Active Directory, Entra ID, and other business apps, balancing hands-on engineering with governance maturity.

You will design scalable connectors, runbooks, and automation, lead testing and deployment, and advance identity governance in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IAM/InfoSec/Platform Engineering experience.
• 3+ years delivering Identity Governance and Administration capabilities.
• Experience with Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis in production.
• Experience with REST/SOAP/JDBC integrations and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Operate and own IAM services with high reliability.
• Design, build, and support Saviynt connectors and workflows.
• Lead testing, deployment, and upgrade activities.
• Advance governance capabilities including JML, access requests, and SoD.
• Improve observability, monitoring, and operational metrics.
