Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Senior IAM Security Engineer to own and improve our Saviynt-based IGA platform. You will lead provisioning lifecycle, governance controls, and integration with Oracle, Active Directory, and Entra ID while guiding operational excellence and security maturity.

You’ll drive automation, runbooks, and platform reliability, collaborating across IT security, infrastructure, and applications to reduce toil and strengthen identity governance.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not available.
• Senior IAM position owning Saviynt-based IGA platform.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems and governance controls.

Responsibilities

• Operate and own IAM services and Saviynt platform reliability.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle failures.
• Lead integrations with Oracle, AD, Entra ID, and applications.
• Develop runbooks, support docs, and CAB involvement.
• Design and validate IAM connectors, policies, and certifications.
• Mentor engineers and communicate risks to stakeholders.
