Job summary

Genworth is seeking a Lead Security Engineer focused on Identity and Access Management to design, implement, and operate IAM solutions across the enterprise using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud.

You will collaborate with security, IT, and business partners to ensure secure access, lifecycle governance, and regulatory readiness while balancing risk, user experience, and operational needs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management, information security, or security engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud, including configuration and support.
• Knowledge of Java, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and related integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions with SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud.
• Configure workflows, provisioning, certifications, and access controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard applications and enforce governance.
