Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to design, develop, and support modern Identity & Access Management solutions for enterprise clients. You will deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native authentication and authorization across complex environments, collaborating with architects, developers, security teams, and business stakeholders.

You will mentor junior developers, participate in CI/CD, and help elevate technical excellence within a fast-paced Agile team onsite in Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or enterprise application development.
• 3+ years of IAM technologies and integrations.
• Strong experience with IAM and SSO platforms.
• Hands‑on with SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support secure IAM solutions across enterprise apps.
• Integrate authentication/authorization with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO.
• Develop scalable Java microservices and Spring Boot apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver secure software.
• Integrate apps with IAM platforms like Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and messaging components.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex security and integration issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Analyze requirements to propose scalable, secure solutions.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and docs.
• Mentor junior developers and raise technical excellence.
