Hertz is seeking an Identity Governance and Administration Lead Engineer to design, build, and maintain the global IGA infrastructure. You will automate identity lifecycle, provisioning, and access governance across enterprise systems while partnering with internal teams and vendors.

The role requires deep Java/Groovy development experience, REST/SCIM expertise, and strong CI/CD skills to modernize provisioning and ensure reliable operations in a global environment.

Competenze

• 6+ years of hands-on Identity & Access Management experience in large, global environments.
• Proven ability to design and implement identity governance platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Groovy and ability to modify existing codebase.

Mansioni

• Lead the development of Java-based workflows, business rules, and platform configurations to automate the identity lifecycle.
• Architect and implement REST API integrations and SCIM services to connect downstream systems with the core IGA platform.
• Own CI/CD pipeline automation for codebase and configuration deployment; automate provisioning tasks.
