You will design, deploy, and support identity, authentication, and access solutions at scale, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory standards and business priorities. Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend development across multiple stack layers.
• Experience with IAM and identity lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Ability to design complex distributed systems under high load.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript with DevOps ownership.
• Solid understanding of OAuth, OIDC, SAML and secure design.
