Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead identity and access management initiatives in a fully remote role. You will mentor teammates while delivering high-uptime, high-performance backend services handling authentication and authorization for millions of daily users and services.

You will collaborate with product, security, and backend teams to drive IAM vision and roadmap, building scalable architectures and secure integrations across platforms in a flexible, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and building large-scale distributed backend systems.
• 2+ years focused on security-sensitive domains (IAM, Security, Privacy, or Anti-Abuse).
• Proficiency in core identity concepts and authentication/authorization models (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).
