Prudential Financial in Newark, NJ seeks a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to design, implement and support enterprise identity solutions across Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory in hybrid environments. You will partner with product owners, architects and security teams to modernize authentication and strengthen access governance.

You will build automated provisioning, enforce least privilege with RBAC and MFA, and contribute to runbooks, tests and audit-ready documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IAM, identity security or access-management engineering experience; 7+ years IT/cybersecurity preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory in enterprise or hybrid environments.
• Experience integrating applications for SSO and automated provisioning using SAML, OIDC, OAuth and SCIM.
• Knowledge of RBAC, access certifications, segregation of duties, lifecycle management and audit evidence.

Responsabilités

• Engineer and support IAM capabilities across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and enterprise identity platforms.
• Onboard and integrate applications using SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0 and SCIM.
