Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) is seeking an Identity and Access Management professional in Jacksonville, FL to design, implement, and maintain IAM policies and systems across platforms.

You will manage ForgeRock/OpenIDM/OpenDS, monitor security, automate tasks with Bash/Python, and collaborate with security, application, and infra teams.

Candidates should have 5+ years IAM experience, strong Linux skills, and MFA expertise; professional certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management or directory services.
• Hands-on with ForgeRock OpenIDM and/or OpenDS or Ping Identity.
• Strong Linux administration (RHEL preferred).
• Bash and Python scripting for automation.
• LDAP concepts including schema, replication, indexing.
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM in production.
• Experience with MFA solutions (tokens, apps, push, certificates).
• Familiarity with LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth2/OIDC.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support ForgeRock/OpenIDM, OpenDS in prod and non-prod.
• Monitor health, performance, and availability; capacity planning.
• Manage directory replication, schema extensions, indexing, access policies.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes per change management.
• Troubleshoot IAM directory services, authentication, and workflows.
• Linux administration of IAM servers.
• Develop scripts to automate tasks (Bash, Python).
• Build tooling for bulk directory operations and data migrations.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments.
• Coordinate with infra teams on provisioning, networking, storage.
• Participate in on-call; mentor team; document runbooks.
