Job summary

The Carlyle Group seeks an Experienced IAM & Endpoint Engineer to join the EPS team within Global Technology & Solutions. You will own IAM platforms (SailPoint IdentityNow, Okta, CyberArk, Entra ID) and endpoint systems (Intune, Jamf) across Windows, macOS, and iOS, driving modernization, automation, and security posture improvements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to AI-enabled operations, and support complex transformations in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience; IT/engineering discipline preferred.
• IAM-focused certifications encouraged (e.g., SailPoint IdentityNow, Okta, SC-300).
• Experience with IAM provisioning, endpoint management, RBAC, and access certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and maintain IAM solutions across SailPoint IdentityNow, Okta, Entra ID and Workday.
• Administer Okta and enforce Zero Trust controls across IAM and endpoints.
• Develop and maintain JML workflows and RBAC in SailPoint IdentityNow; automate provisioning and deprovisioning.
