BairesDev is seeking a Senior Platform Security Engineer (IAM / Authorization) to design, build, and maintain high-performance access control systems for our core platform. You will translate complex security policies into scalable implementations across our distributed system, ensuring secure and reliable authorization services worldwide.

You will work 100% remotely with a global Top 1% engineering community, collaborating with teams to deliver secure-by-default API patterns, robust tooling,

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Security, IAM, or related software engineering roles.
• Experience with RBAC and ReBAC models.
• Hands-on experience with SpiceDB or Auth0 FGA.
• Strong proficiency in building core platform tooling for authentication.
• Knowledge of distributed systems architecture and API-first design.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deploy highly scalable identity and access management solutions across the platform.
• Build and optimize fine-grained authorization systems and access control models.
• Develop shared security libraries, authentication middleware, and robust platform tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate secure-by-default API patterns and architectural standards.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and low-latency execution of global authorization services.
