The role emphasizes automating identity workflows, SSO, and federation across multinational applications, with a strong focus on security standards and token handling.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable identity solutions using modern protocols like OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
• Manage and optimize IAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, or Cognito to provide centralized authentication services.
• Architect fine-grained authorization models including RBAC, ReBAC, and Zanzibar-inspired patterns for complex access control.
• Streamline identity lifecycles through automation, integrating SSO and federation across global applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and enforce security standards for identity data and token handling.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, or Systems Engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing identity systems using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, or AWS Cognito.
• Proficiency in authorization models including RBAC, ReBAC, and Zanzibar-inspired patterns like SpiceDB or OpenFGA.
• Strong background in automating identity workflows and integrating SSO and federation services.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
