BairesDev is hiring an IAM Engineer for a fully remote, globally distributed team. You will design and implement scalable identity solutions, manage IAM platforms like Auth0, Okta, or Cognito, and architect fine-grained authorization with RBAC, ReBAC, and Zanzibar-inspired patterns.

The role emphasizes automating identity workflows, SSO, and federation across multinational applications, with a strong focus on security standards and token handling.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, or Systems Engineering.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable identity solutions using OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
Manage and optimize IAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, or Cognito to provide centralized authentication services.
Architect fine-grained authorization models including RBAC, ReBAC, and Zanzibar-inspired patterns for complex access control.
Streamline identity lifecycles through automation, integrating SSO and federation across global applications.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define and enforce security standards for identity data and token handling.
