Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Engineering Management Specialist to join its Cyber Identity & Access Management team. You will lead design, deployment, and enhancement of SailPoint-based solutions, overseeing governance for human and non-human identities, and coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in IAM, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of identity lifecycle, access control, and secure development practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity.
• 4+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise identity and access solutions.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or workstreams delivering IAM architecture, engineering, or platform implementations.
• 4+ years of experience integrating identity management, access management, or identity governance solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications.
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or Business.
• Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, integration, and operation of SailPoint solutions in complex client environments.
• Configure and deploy SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components for non-human identities as identity principals.
• Apply IAM engineering standards and secure development practices across identity governance, provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery quality.
• Support governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities, including lifecycle management, access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring, and control improvement activities.
