Job summary

Leading IT services and technology partner in Germany seeks an IT Security Consultant specializing in Access Management to advise large enterprises and public-sector organisations on IAM, SSO, and MFA.

You’ll join a large security practice with 300+ specialists and a nationwide community of 60+ consultants, receiving mentorship and growth opportunities while collaborating on complex IAM programmes.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in Identity Security / Access Management.
• Hands-on experience on at least one Access Management platform.
• Experience with Identity Federation, SSO and MFA strategy.
• German language skills to C1 level are essential for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design sophisticated authentication and authorisation solutions for enterprise and public-sector clients.
• Advise clients on Identity Federation, SSO and MFA strategy.
• Work hands-on with IAM platforms (Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra, Okta, RSA, Thales, Keycloak).
• Lead requirements workshops with major accounts, advising on architecture and strategy.
• Produce vendor-agnostic solution concepts and support Pre-Sales.
• Work flexibly from an office, client site, or home.
