Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in IAM architecture and design.
• Deep expertise in Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including advanced configurations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of identity and federation protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC.
• Hands-on experience with MFA, SSO, passwordless authentication, and conditional access policies.
• Familiarity with IAM compliance frameworks and audit practices (HIPAA, NIST, SOC 2).
• Experience integrating IAM with AWS, Azure, and enterprise applications.
• Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Consultant or Microsoft Identity roles are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end IAM solutions and reference architectures using Okta and Entra Cloud.
• Define authentication, authorization, and identity governance frameworks.
• Create high-level and low-level architecture designs, diagrams, and integration blueprints.
• Implement SSO, identity lifecycle management, and zero-trust policies.
• Develop MFA strategies and passwordless authentication approaches.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to deliver enterprise IAM solutions.
• Advise leadership on identity strategy, tooling, and technology investments.
